Earl McGavran has been a fixture in the financial world of Joplin/Pittsburg area residents for nearly 30 years, offering proven, targeted investment and planning solutions based on his clients specific and personal objectives. Earl started his lifelong passion of helping people as a funeral director. After graduating Pittsburg High in 1959 he went to college in Dallas,TX, and after working funeral business in Kansas City, Earl returned to SE Kansas in 1969 with the purchase of a funeral home in Oswego, KS. Earl returned to his hometown of in 1979 with the purchase of a funeral home in Pittsburg, KS. In 1984 Earl decided to set out on a new venture of helping people with a career in Financial Services (Stockbroker). His goal is to create trust with each client by educating them about financial planning solutions based on his experience and in-depth knowledge of products, strategies and current economic conditions. Earl is a Financial Advisor with his insurance and Series 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses, is dedicated to creating effective solutions in the areas of asset management, estate planning, retirement planning, insurance and annuities.
